Initial Brief
Each project starts with a charge-free initial meeting with the client. Here we discuss the project in detail and learn about the client’s needs, personality, lifestyle & requirements. At this point, the client ideally provides any existing plans that are available. This meeting is followed up with a written fee proposal, based on the services the client requires.
Conceptualization
Upon finalizing the project brief with the client, the first part of the interior design process is conceptualization. It is here that the client’s vision is translated into picture form. A detailed layout of the design is done, accompanied by photo-realistic 3D renderings to give the client a clear picture of what their space will look like after completion.
Implementation
Now here’s the fun part! After all design has been finalized and approved and materials are sourced, we break ground and begin the construction. It is here that the client’s vision comes to life. We work very closely with our contractors to ensure all trades are executed as per the design.
Project Management
It is our responsibility is to ensure that the project is successfully and timeously completed according to the client’s requirements. We also assist the client with procuring furniture, artwork and other soft finished. Each item of furniture and accessories is carefully selected (with client’s approval), ensuring that it fits seamlessly in the design concept.
